The ERS3 uses a reinforced dual reclining mechanism and a universal rail system for simulator seating. Cold-moulded foam and lumbar support are intended to maintain comfort during longer sessions. The design is also aimed at installations with load-cell pedals, where the seat must remain stable while the driver applies substantial braking force.
